For those that have finished the 2nd Grade through the 6th Grade
Cost: $219
Members: If you sign up at the church and turn in your Medical Form, a copy of your Insurance Card,
and $119 by June 16th then the church will pay the remaining $100.
Non-Members: If you sign up at the church and turn in your Medical Form, a copy of your Insurance Card and $169 by June 16th then the church will pay the remaining $50.
